bottle. Pours a copper color with a medium sized off white head. Notes of nuts, burnt bread, malt extract, dirt, and citrus hops. Medium lengh finish with a decent mouthfeel. Not bad. kidmartinek (5001) - austin, Texas, USA - APR 21, 2010
The perfect looking beer. Copper, and the off-white head holds for
better than 30 minutes which is just incredible. The aroma is clean,
and hoppy. The flavor is just above average and bitter and hoppy.
Little bit of nutty character. The texture is a bit thick. Kind of
fills you up. Heavy lacing and thick, finish that turns a little flat
and bland. ben4321 (6678) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - DEC 29, 2009

A nice, well-balanced, copper colored APA. Has some earth, spice, and citrus components to it. A very drinkable beer, but ultimately rather average...
Bottled. Nice clear golden with thin white head. Lacy. Aroma is sweet malty, floral and citrus. Lightly sweet caramel flavor throughout with great bitter finish, not to much not to little. Lightly sticky texture. Elwood (3336) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - OCT 26, 2009
Appearance: Amber color with a creamy, off-white head. Good head retention.
Aroma: Earthy hop nose with light malt notes.
Flavor: Earthy hops, caramel, and a bit of citrus. Decent balance between hops and malt with the hops winning out.
Palate: Medium, carbonation with a medium mouthfeel
Overall: Not a bad APA. Worth a shot if you are at the brewery.

Pours copper with a white head. Smells of spice, earthy. Tastes spicy and peppery with a dry finish. Bockyhorsey (2627) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - MAR 7, 2009
Bomber courtesy of kinz. Pale aroma of malts but sniffer is little off with all the citrus trees out here blooming at this time. Orange body with white creamy head and good amount of lacing on glass. Flavor had a malted caramel backbone but enough hop mix to balance it out. Good refreshing beer on the palate. Drake (14062) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 6, 2009
22 ounce bottle from Whole Food Market, Charlottesville, VA. Pours a copper color with a very large head, good head retention and thick lacing. Very cascade-ish hop aroma with some subtle malty notes in the background. Taste is earthy and citrus hops with some caramel malt notes. Medium boded. Very straightforward, but solid. beachbum25 (1092) - Powellville, Maryland, USA - OCT 18, 2008
On tap @ the Brewpub-Copper color w/a small off white head. Slight citrus aroma. Strong hop bite on the front end w/a metailc tinge to it, some citrus as well. Not really my favorite style & this one won’t win me over, just couldn’t get too excited @ it. Had a short malt finish. Average @ best. Butters (4063) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JUL 14, 2008
Draft at brewery. Copper pour with orange-red hightlights and good light tan head. Fruity and floral hop nose. Smooth hop bite at the finish. But admittedly, I’m not a huge fan of the style.
