Medium yellow with thin ringing white head. Aroma is bubblegum and butter. Flavor is butter, sweet grass, light hop. Medium palate.

kramer (6905) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 12, 2017
Pours clear gold body with a small wispy white head. The nose is light bready malt with just a light hint of floral hops. The flavor is much the same, very clean, on the drier side, with a light bitterness level. Light bodied, well lagared, with a lingering floral finish. Decent pils.

Darker yellow clear pour with fair near white head. Slightly grainy, but not unpleasant. Noble hop character is different than most pilsners i’ve had, but definitely still a noble hop. Slightly buttery, but nowhere near as much as their lager typically is. Smooth, but lacking the hop flavor, only has an old hop bitterness. Not great.

Appearance: clear light amber gold, with a finger of creamy, bright white head and generous lacing. Aroma: light grass, wet cardboard, butterscotch--what the heck? Taste: bready, crackery malts, butterscotch, cat piss, honey smacks, soggy tears and broken dreams. Finish: lingering butterscotch, wet cardboard, and cat piss. Notes: Please God let this have been a bad bottle. Absolutely one of the worst things I’ve ever put in my mouth. Couldn’t finish. Palate was ok.

22 oz bottle Gift from a friend The pilsener poured a clear to slightly cloudy light amber with a white frothy head and significant lacing. the nose detected light caramel malts. This is very tasty pils with a dry tartness that is very pleasing on a Sunday afternoon. The medium body pils had lively carbonation. The smooth finish had a dryness with some bitterness on the tongue.

One of the least impressive beers I tried at the DC beerfest in 2014. Pale and characterless. Somewhat stale aftertaste, some hay, and light citrus.

solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - APR 15, 2014
Pretty good for what it is. I can taste the saaz. Finishes with nice crisp bitterness. Pours golden with good head and lacing. On tap at DC Beer Festival.

On draft. Not much going on here: Very thin hop flavor, and then... nothing. Notable only for its feebleness.

Golden brown poured from a tap. Light and crisp with a little spice. Good to go with a sandwich

HopTsing (575) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - SEP 2, 2013
From the tap came a clear golden brew with a light head. Medium /light bodied with crisp, lightly maltyand hoppy aromas and flavors.

Draft. Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of white pepper. Taste is crisp straw. Not bad.
