Pours a pale straw yellow/green with a very thin white head that vanished almost instanly. Aroma is of tart and sweet apples; a tad bit of yeastiness. Flavor is almost the same, starting tart and sweet and finishing tart and dry. Pretty balanced with no single flavor standing out against the rest. Body is light, but almost no carbonation. Overall, a nice, light, dry cider derserving of the name Crisp. I would prefer a little more carbonation and a tad bit more bolder flavors, but subdued flavors mean you can drink a few... Bottle. Clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of tart apple and a bit of sweet apple. Tart and dry cider flavor with a dry white wine finish. I’m normally not a dry cider fan, but this was pretty good. bluejacket74 (1992) - Reynoldsburg, Ohio, USA - APR 5, 2014
22 ounce bottle. Served in a pint glass, the cider pours a hazy straw gold color with a slight tinge of light green along with a thin white head that fizzled away very quickly. Aroma is nice, it smells mostly like tart/green apples, and some sweet apples and vinegar. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, I think it leans more toward the sour side, but there’s also some candied apple sweetness noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s refreshing, a bit coating and also easy enough to drink. I think it’s good. $9.99 a bottle.
