COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just sõbralik hiiglane on andnud inspiratsiooni "Lõbusale Njuufale".

"Jolly Newfie"
If dogs are not against the grain, then at some point you surely have admired a Newfoundland (‘Newfs’ or ‘Newfies’). This dog is an eye catcher and with a reason – majestic, massive, and strong dog who shines with dignity and kindness.
This gentle giant has given the inspiration to “Jolly Newfie”. This beer is also large, black, and friendly. Pilsner malt, Vienna and Munich malt give the beer its powerful body, roasted malt gives the dark black color, Cascade and Citra Brand hops give the friendly taste of hops.
Unlike the dog breed legendary for its bravery, Newfie beer is unable to save your life. However, it can warm up a night out with friends.

330ml Bottle - Black with a tan head. Roasted malt, pine and a hint of fudge in the aroma. Roasted taste with pine, toffee, fudge and some slightly sharp notes. Not sure how old this is but the hops are not as prominent as in most beers of this type. Still, noticeable though.

Really dark brown color with tan head. Aroma has lots of chocolate, dark malts, brownies but also lots of hops with resiny notes. Taste starts with herbal hops, pine resin and continues with coffee, chocolate, dark malts and finishes with a light bitterness. Medium to full bodied, quite creamy with soft carbonation. Really tasty and easy to drink black IPA.

Couple of 12oz bottles at an Italian joint in Tallinn, pours muddy black with some cloudy, cream colored head. Nose has burnt toast, malt, some pine, some soap. Flavor is well put together, burnt toast, molasses, a little burnt coffee bean, pine, soap, dried citrus peel. Finishes roasty, bitter and dry. Very well done.

A Black IPA... No, it’s a stout. But that’s okay. Lots of coffee, dark roast, herbal. But the body isn’t clean not freshly hopped... That’s okay I like the fermentation going on an the palate is nice and just full enough. Short ish aftertaste but very pleasant drink. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Pours dark and deep, but almost no head. Fresh rich smell, bitter and aromatic. Toasty taste goes down brilliantly. And it has dogs in the label, which is always a plus.
