Kellele siis humalad ei meeldiks? Üks korralik humalapomm tõmbab õllesõpra nagu palderjan kassi. Humaladoosi saamiseks pöörab asjatundja oma pilgu IPA ehk Indian Pale Ale’i poole. Just see ta on- Väike India. Õige lahja kraam, kuhu on ohtralt Columbuse, Simcoe ja Amarillo humalat sisse pandud.

"Little India"
Who does not like hops? One decent bomb of hops draws a beer friend as valerian draws a cat.
For a dose of hops, an expert turns its eyes to IPA or India Pale Ale. It is beer style, where the phrase “too much hops” does not exist. Unfortunately, IPA foresees a decent amount of alcohol, 7% or 8% and more. However, a strong beer is not suitable in every situation. An alcohol remains alcohol and smart beer friend handles it carefully.
What about one IPA being insanely hopped with a little bit of alcohol? That is what Little India is. A small beer with plenty of Columbus and Amarillo hops as well as Simcoe Brand YCR 14 hop variety in it.

330 ml bottle from Tallinna Kaubamaja Toidumaailm. Pours slightly hazy, straw. Aroma is very fresh, floral hops, smells really like a good IPA should smell. No hint of any malts though, so maybe slightly one-dimensional. Taste has also hops, a bit of pine-needle and resin as well. Quite fragrant for IPA, nicely refreshing. Main drawback is that it has pretty much almost no body - but for 2,7% it is quite expected. Overall quite nice, would be perfect for a hot summer day.

A really nice beer for this low alchol level. Aroma has hops, pine, and tropical fruits in it. Taste has citrus and pine in it but is a bit watery - again looking at the alcohol level it is really fune. Very refreshing drink in a hot day, after a sauna or just to quench your thirst.

jann3 (385) - Espoo, FINLAND - JAN 16, 2017
Pours slightly cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma is mostly fruity and malty, but has some pine too. Taste has sweetish tropical fruits, then some crispy citrus and finishes with refreshing touch of pine. Rather mild and light bodied, but well-balanced and tasty brew for this low ABV. (0,33 l bottle)

Pyrmir (6098) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - DEC 27, 2016
330 ml bottle at Ola. Golden with white head. Aroma is hoppy, caramel, grapefruit and toffee. Taste is similar, caramel, lots of hops with a light profile. Good!

Bottle. Clean golden color, white head. Citrus, grass in aroma. Taste is quite light with some malt, grapefruit and hoppy bitterness in finish. Pretty good considering the low abv.

larsniclas (7075) - Billdal, SWEDEN - DEC 16, 2016
Bottled from Ica Åkered Amber with awhite head. Light, cereal aroma with some resin and Floral notes. High carbonation and light body. Some herbal notes but all in all rather bland. Medium bitterness.

SvenAnton (17) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 20, 2016
Too much hops; makes the beer taste much like crass with a bitter citrus and metallic aftertaste.
