33cl bottle at home. Lovely thick white collar which tops a hazy orange to amber brew. The flavours are filled with grapefruit, agrum fruits. And of course loads of hops, coming from the Cascade, Galena and Amarillo varieties. The hops do not prevail in the taste, which is kind of a blend of a premium lager sweetness-bitterness - a full malty mouth through the four kinds of malts: Pale, Munich, Cara and Pils - and an IPA hoppyness. The taste has notes of sweet berries, citrus fruits, mandarin oranges, dark green herbs, grass and malts. A seemingly iron-smelling ground water feature hints at a rather unpleasant note, but this is not that pronounced (for I think it merely lingers from the Cascade hops use). The beer is very lovely, the ending is not that sharp and the overall taste is so very well balanced. hansvf (892) - - JUN 6, 2015
Ruikt zoet. Oranje, dun schuim. Veel carbo, weinig smaak. Bitter, zoet erna. Blind geproefd, wel een bier dat beter wordt na de eerste slok. rdb84 (609) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 23, 2015
Amber with modest head. Aroma is typical IPA: lychee, exotic fruit, bitter hint, pineapple. Yeast deposit reveals even more fruitiness. Nice blend. Taste: holds the middle between Speciale Belge and IPA. Fresh beginning, immediate bitterness, fruity development where all the aromas return. Bitter aftertaste, darker fruits here, rosehip, dried red fruit. Well balanced, despite the interesting contrasts in the development. jspronck (159) - BELGIUM - MAY 20, 2015
Cloudy amber color with persistent tall white head, nice floral and grassy aromas of fresh hops. In mouth, good balance between sweetness and bitterness. not too bitter, short and dry finish, a little astringence. bonkiedeaap (761) - Leerdam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 14, 2015
Bottle from de Mitra in Gorinchem. The beer is copper to orange colored and pours a nice white head, with livingly Co2. The aroma has nice floral notes of hops but also fruity notes of tropical fruits and apricots. The taste is, when taking a nap, soft and nicely full which is nicely balanced. In this balance some vanilla and citrus is noticable. The finish is not extremely bitter as you should expect, but elegant with a light bitterness with a hint of red fruits.

33cl bottle at home from Mitra, Maarssen. Body is clear amber, head is small, white, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Nose is light fresh fruity, flavor is honey, orange peel, mandarine, biscuit, light licorice. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Finish is long lasting hoppy medium bitter. Medium body, dry texture, average carbonation. Easy, refreshing, tasty IPA. Bosskie (883) - NETHERLANDS - MAR 17, 2015
Beautiful orange brown colour, slightly opaque, some gentle bubbling and a foamy white head.
Smell is orange and grapefruit peels, and hints of honey, peaches and resin.
Taste is very dry, bitter, watery. Salty fizziness with a lightly astringent finish of peels. Very refreshing. markschiedon (682) - NETHERLANDS - MAR 2, 2015
Drinking from a 33 cl bottle.
In the aroma fruity hop, peaches.
The clear orange beer has a medium white head.
Hop, ice tea, citrus in the taste.
Medium carbonated. Moolesen (558) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 9, 2014
Bottle 33cl. Amber with a bigh off white head. Nice hoppy tones in the nose, a bit like a hoppy piks, but more intense. Very nice flavour. Well bodied and sufficient hops to leave a nice bitter finish. Medium carbonized. Medium to long length. Positive surprised by this one.
