Bottle.Pours golden with a white head.Aroma of apples, yeast, sugar and spice.flavor is sweet and fruity with some peach and some bitterness.Medium body, average carbonation.Nice refreshing blond. caesar (7162) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - MAR 11, 2011
Bottled. Great golden color, medium slight off-white head. Aroma of fruity and grassy noble hops. Soft bitter taste, slight sweet. Nothing spectacular or outspoken in taste, but very nicely balanced beer. Not like the average belgian blonde, which usually is too sweet or too spicy, but in this one the use of noble hops do the trick. fonefan (49427) - VestJylland, DENMARK - OCT 20, 2010

Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, anis seed. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear golden with a small white head. Discreet fruity and a little yeasty nose. Medium body, first some sweetish fruit but gets dry and astringent towards the finish. 161010 bozoNZ (778) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 20, 2010
Murky golden, thin head. Slightly fruity aroma, a bit of dry spices. Cardboardy, dry faintly peppery with some dry spice finish. Not bad but not the greatest drinking

Hazy yellow, small white head. Yeasty and peppery nose. Fruity, slightly peppery flavor. Some alcohol in the finish. Also grassy notes. Lingering bitterness.
Bottled (thanks jbrus!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some alcohol, mild caramel and some slight notes of alcohol. Flavour is actually quuite much the same. Clean, but not too exciting. coldbrewky (1730) - Hippetown East, New York, USA - APR 15, 2009

Bottle from altonbrownd! Semi-cloudy amber. Creamy dense white head actually looks like whipped cream topping. Carbonation is barely visible in the tall glass. How can one put a number on the appearance of a"Belgian Ale" since they seem to have quite a range. I long to quote the Lebowski.... "so you have no frame of referance! You are like a child who wanders in in th middle of a conversation! Shut the [email protected]
up Donny!!" Whew.. I digress....
Body is quite light and ephemeral in duration. Droopy lacing sticks to one half of glass and is totally erased on quaff side.. Alight tingle of hops appears and fades just as quickly. Peary esters in wings of mouthfeel. Not much of a nose....hints of spice. Donny.....who loved bowling.
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a big white head and a sweet, grainy smell. The initial taste is pretty sweet, malty, almost like there is honey in the beer. But after that a nice hoppy finish comes in that makes this beer a pretty good blonde.
