COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Traditional stone beer brewed with super-heated stones.

Botlle. Pours alightly hazy orangeish amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, yeast and hops, with some fruity notes. Sweetish, malty flavour with notes of yeast and bitter, hoppy touches, complemented by fruity hints. Estery and malty aftertaste. Quite refreshing and not bad, despite being a macrobrew of a rather unclear style.

Well crafted, with an interesting twist in flavor, rich and tasty. Worth a try.

Light opaque yellow, white lasting, lacing foam head. Nice barley aroma and crisp light sweet notes in taste. A fine beer. (Velp 201708)

DraftDodger (1620) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 2, 2017
Copenhagen 2/8 2017. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Swing cap. Some flames on the label to ensure that I understand that heated stones has been used to acheive the right temperature. "Geschaffen durch Feuer und Stein". Pours hazy orange with white head. Settles as thin layer just covering the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing. Aroma is kind of bland. Refrigerated vegetables, caramel, nuts and slightly sugary. Medium carbonation and medium thick palate. Flavor is sweet followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet burnt caramel. I am not too crazy about the smell - but it has a nice flavor and is fairly easy to drink. .

colui72 (1071) - HONG KONG - JUL 26, 2017
Pours hazy orange, nice creamy head with nice lacing. Aroma of bread, smoke and spices. Tastes of nothing! I really couldn’t get any taste in this beer! Bread and little yeasty character, probably the most tasteless beer I’ve ever tried. Weird.

tonyferrari (33) - North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUL 20, 2017
0.5 l bottle. Hazy amber-copper colour. Thick but low-lasting white foam. Caramel aroma. Malty and caramel flavour. The low body can’t mask the persistent bitterness and the 5.8 Abv, which is dominant. Medium-high carbonation. I like this beer.

Michael27 (2214) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUN 2, 2017

cervmagpt (868) - PORTUGAL - MAY 3, 2017
Review based on personal perceptions. Bottle 50 cl - Batch unknown (BBF expired - 12.04.17). AROMA: medium-low cardboard aroma, followed by medium-low maillard malt notes. APPEARANCE: ambar color and clear. medium ivory head with good retention. TASTE: similar to aroma with slight oxidation notes (cardboard), and malt presence (caramelized). low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a steinbier that shows oxidation notes but its still quite drinkable with malty presence and maillard notes.

Bottle. Amber colour, hazy, nice rocky head. Aroma is white bread, wheat, some dough, a bit of grassy hops. Light bitterness. Full body, smooth. Very good.
