COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

An aroma that is a malt with hints of chocolate. The brew is dark brown as light does come through it. It is very smooth with slight bitterness. The overall flavor of malt and chocolate is not well defined.

500ml swing-top bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Fawn-coloured head to a clear dark brown coloured body. Spotty lacing. Dark malty nose, slightly roasted. Blended taste profile of dark dough, liquorice and prunes. Mid-sweet, roasted malt-driven finish. Clean on the swallow. Like it. (Shared with Finn and djoeye, Thanxbeeringparty at PivotekaH7, Tromsø 23.11.2017).

Swing top botella. Farbe: dark brún. Hövd: media, short lasting. Sweet like soft roastish nös. Sweet like sabor con malta birn toastada pero algo thin, Ewatery brew. Too thin. Poor Schwartz...

skortila (6009) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - JUL 9, 2017
Bottled. 40cl sample. The aroma has light roast, caramel toffee, bit grass. Clear, dark coloured beer with a medium sized off-white head. The taste is light bitter and has toffee sweetness, light roast. Easy-going beer.

DraftDodger (1792) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2017
Copenhagen 16/5 2017. 50 cl bottle with swing cap from Kvickly. Very German label with a little Shield, lions and tools for Beer making and assurance that this is a "Feines Schwares". Pours Dark Reddish brown with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. No lacing. Aroma is a little metallic without being unpleasant. Sweet caramel and light roastiness. Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor is sweet without being cloying. Followed by medium sweetness. Aftertaste is sweet caramel and burnt sugar. Indeed a "Fines Schwarzes" without being decadent or original.
