Draft to taster. Looks solid; a fairly transparent amberish brown with foamy beige head. Smells of dark malt and mild stone fruit. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. A solid example of the style. sherm1016 (1274) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 12, 2012
12oz bottle from Discount Liquor. Pours a dark brown color with an off white head. Aroma is chocolate, roasty, coffee. Medium on the palate with soft carbonation. Flavor is sweet, Malty, cereal, coffee, roasty, some dark fruit, with a light, malty finish. Not bad, but nothing special. hopdog (12565) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 27, 2012

Bottle. Pours deep brown with a beige head. Light roasted malts, some toffee and chocolate sweetness, toasted grains, and lighter earthy notes. Decent. phaleslu (10267) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 28, 2012
12 oz. bottle. 2012 vintage. Pours a deep fig brown with a small tan head. Aroma of metal, dark fruits, chocolate, and toasted nuts. Flavor of dates, chocolate, dry toast, and earth. Medium-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, earthy mouthfeel. Decent but I normally like this style better.

A little too sweet for me. Pours dark brown with fizzy head. Smells of stewed malt. Taste is sweet corn malt with slight nutty nitterness. Low carbonation. Bottle in paper bag waiting around in Penn Station. Sammy (12205) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 6, 2013
A decent Baltic porter. Balanced, I would like a bit more bitterness edge but still a good drinkable porter. Dark coloured, fizzy disappearing head. Middling mouthfeel. Lots of chocolate.
An extra in a trade, I think Beerenberger. fonefan (49363) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAY 26, 2013

Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light heavy malty, bread, roasted, light raisin, light brown sugar, iron notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, brown sugar, raisin, prune, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
On tap at a bowling alley - first or second time trying this style. Burnt aspect to it.
