Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, dried fruit, riped fruit, pine. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long long duration, riped fruit, pine, orange, tangerine, hoppy, medium dry, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ hotel room. Amber pour with a white head. Sweet caramel nose, pineapple, and grapefruit. A touch of onion, some herbal notes, and bread. Flavor is a little bit on the sweet side. Caramel, bread, and sweet fruit. Herbal, piney hops, bitter finish, and some onion.

Bottle poured a clear orange amber with a lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of biscuit, earthiness, orange, grapefruit and light pine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Bottle. Poured clear dark copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium to heavy complex earthy hop aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy smooth bittesweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration.This is a very good beer.

I hate dipas like this. No bitterness, hops are just candied orange. No depth.
