Very middle of the road. Nothing stands out at all - which is dissapointing from Leinenkugel. Dogbrick (14316) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 19, 2002
This doesn't hold a candle to Leine's Creamy Dark. Passable wheat beer but there just isn't much under the hood. HammsBear99 (22) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 8, 2002
This is a great beer. It reminds me of summer and it is excellent served with a wedge of lemon. It truely is a summer refresher. Light, crisp, and refreshing. CrotchMonkey99 (40) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 6, 2002
much much better than berry weiss...but thats not too tough...slight honey taste is good at times...i would rather drink leinie's red or original greystreet80 (191) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 6, 2002
This tastes like high-life with honey in it. Doesn't have the full flavor of leine's original. Some people add a lemon... if you need that then the beer must suck a little.

Not too shabby for a Miller product. ...................................... GrainBeltGuzzler (249) - Goodhue, Minnesota, USA - FEB 12, 2002
Not at all impressed with this beer, stick with the original................ moose99 (18) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 11, 2002
Very tasty and smooth. One of my consistent favorites for both price and quality. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - FEB 9, 2002
Clear, light-golden/straw colored with creamy white head. Light and clean on the palate. Soft and easy to swallow. Finishes somewhat dry, with a little bitterness... and just a pinch of sweetness (very little honey evidence). Would be good on a hot summer day; a decent 'Lawnmower' beer.
