From $18 bucks a 12 pack, to $11 bucks in a matter of a couple of weeks. Man, I should’ve known.
My sister likes REAL SWEET beer so I hope she enjoys the 11 pack I’m gonna give her tomorrow.
Cloudy golden color with a hint of pink. Diminished white head, that also carries a touch of pink. Lemon juice with a hint of pale malt aromas. Sweet start with lemonade and pale malt flavors. Middle is rather dry and finish has a lemon cake and acidic, nearly acrid bite. 9/13

I think all of Leinenkugels’ fruit beers are the same: fruity and delicious, but leave you wishing they had something more distinguishing than which fruit is in this particular beer you’re drinking at that moment. arn8897 (389) - Trenton, Ohio, USA - OCT 6, 2015
Pours light hazy red. Aromas of citrus and berries. Very sweet taste light and refreshing. Not bad. Nothing special. ozzy70 (1132) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - AUG 11, 2015

Botte. Hazy orange pour, minimal head, some lemon and spice in the nose. Mild blackberry, a lot of lemon in the flavor, somewhat sweet.

Backlog rating on 9-14-2012 at Cap n’ Cork Covington Plaza, Fort Wayne, IN beer tasting. This bottled beer has a small off-white head with a lengthy retention, cloudy peachy body and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is lemon, berries and sweet. The flavor mimics the aroma. The mouthfeel of this beer is smooth and this beer is light bodied. This beer is easy to drink and does not have much character to it. It is not a beer that left me wanting it again. It is rather boring for me. osu97gp (678) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 20, 2014
Pours a hazy orange with a medium sized fluffy white head. Aroma of lemon and fruit. Flavor matches. Way too easy to drink. Darkmagus82 (2302) - - SEP 12, 2014

Poured from can into a pint glass
Appearance – Pours a very hazy-murky pinkish orange colored brew. Upon poring there is a big billowy pinkish tinted head that fades rather fast and leave a decent level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is very sweet with a big aroma of lemonade. Mixed with these smells are some lighter aromas of a blueberry and raspberry smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a strong lemonade sweetness mixed with a little bit of a malt taste. The sweeter lemonade flavor remains rather constant throughout the taste and is joined more toward the middle by some flavors of a nondescript candy like berry. A light amount of a musky and floral flavors come to the tongue at the end leaving an overall sweet lemonade flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The body of the brew was very thin in creaminess and thickness with a carbonation level that was on the more average side. Both are good for the sweet and fruity flavors for the brew and make for an easy drinker.
Overall – Well not really anything all that amazing. Like a hard lemonade light beer blend. It may be good for a hot summer day after mowing the lawn, but otherwise nothing I would really go for on any real occasion. slowrunner77 (11917) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 12, 2014
"Had last night. Assumed this was fresh, and just an early summer seasonal like everything else, but after drinking it I’m not sure it’s a 2013 beer. Very muddled aroma. Still tart and a touch sweet, but seems muted and (possibly) a little stale too. Not horrid. Not good. I’ve had better shandies." Dacrza (961) - Great Meadows, New Jersey, USA - AUG 30, 2014
DATE REVIEWED: August 28, 2014... GLASSWARE: Hoegaarden tumbler... OCCASION: preseason Manziel being Johnny, for better and worse... APPEARANCE: peachy, fuzzy, hazy body; equally fuzzy off-white head; smears unevenly... AROMA:syrupy tart raspberry scents; elicits a sweettart mouthwatering reaction; an unnatural scent for a beer?.. PALATE: lightly fizzy, effervescent champagne-like exit--a soda-like gassiness--creamy late in the glass... TASTE: at first, a teasing of sugary, caramelized feint; some peppermint mixes with the medicinal berry; reminiscent of a Captain Morgan and ginger ale ...OVERALL: another fruity offering from Leinie--and though many of these become repetitious, in this case, the lemon berry is easy drinking, slightly tart and not a bad companion on a warm August night...
