This pours a hazy golden-yellow straw into the glass, with a nice wispy head that leaves pocked lacing. The nose is of oranges (x3). Again, a HUGE orange nose, and credit given. Flavors of oranges, rind, peel and zest, and a ton of JuicyFruit Gum to finish. The cloying orange pushes past the normal "fruit beer" status and goes into an almost syrupy mouthfeel for such a light body. A bit too sweet and over-"oranged", this comes across as much more than a "transitional" palate maturer, and almost appeases the traditional "macro crowd" quite more than most discerning palates would recommend. Bottle from Philly cheese. Zesty is definitely the best word to describe this beer. It is refreshing, taste a little like orange crush soda. As for it being a beer...ehh...why not. Lincolnunabeer (3) - - JAN 31, 2014 does not count
A lovely combination that compliments Summer Shandy. Detractors of this libation are nothing more than clopated citified morons. OD40oz (774) - Box Elder, South Dakota, USA - JAN 29, 2014
Hazy yellowish orange with a white head. Citrusy aroma and flavor. Not a big fan of fruity beers but this one would go well on a hot day after mowing the yard. Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - JAN 26, 2014
2oz sample at International Great Beer Expo (Meadowlands). Poured a hazy yellow color with a small off white head. Aroma of grain and fresh squeezed orange juice. Taste is similar. Grainy and lots of orange pulp. I'm not huge on the shandys, but I kinda liked this!

Hazy, almost opaque sunkist orange, with a thin foam head that doesn’t last long. Nose has a ton of fake orange candy and real orange rind, with a wee bit of synthetic wheat. Flavor is citrusy, but synthetic with that odd orange candy flavor, but also with that orange rind tone like from the nose, with a over-bready false wheat finish. Just all around tastes like it was made with synthetic ingredients. AirForceHops (8026) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - JAN 21, 2014
12 oz bottle. Looks like they took 5 oz. of orange juice and dropped it into a golden ale. Aroma is fizzy orange juice, nothing more. Damn, it nearly tastes like some sort of artificial kids drink. Hi-C mix with a weak blonde ale! Well it doesn’t taste bad but... Like I said Hi-C with beer. Fizzy carbonation. Your 21 year old girlfriend will love this concoction. Bottle, hazy yellow with bright foam, has the taste of PBR that someone dropped some baby aspirin in, not a fan Grippen (5) - - JAN 12, 2014 does not count
Strong orange flavor. If you like orange juice, this is the beer for you. It’s light and sweet. Very tangy. Not excellent. DBob5150 (236) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - JAN 11, 2014
If you dumped orange juice into a beer that's pretty much what this is like in a appearance and aroma. Taste is crisp and citrusy (no surprise) although tastes more like orange peel, slightly bitter. Finishes fairly clean, slight aftertaste.
