For beers of this caliber (I use this term loosely), this is one of my favorites. Maybe its because each sip takes me back to my Wisconsin College days, or warm summer nights on the lakefront @ Summerfest. Regardless, it blows any Miller or Bud product out of the water. Nice hop aroma, clean and crisp. Just how cheap beer is supposed to be. Be warned about overdoing it with Leinies Orginal. It has the ability to leave you in rough condition the next morning.

12oz bottle (Old Notes)-Pours a clear golden with a decent head. Aroma of corn and grains. Taste of the same with a bit of bitterness. This light bodied brew is pretty well balanced and goes down easy.

Picked up at a Krogers. Pours a clear light golden yellow with a medium sized fizzy white head. The aroma and flavor have grainy corn, grass, pale malts, some metallic notes and a light skunky character. Not even sure this is worth the tick.

7/21/12. Can poured into a pint glass. Appealing, light color. Smooth and light tasting. A very drinkable session beer. Crisp flavor. I would drink again and recommend to a certain type of beer drinker. ---Rated via the Gridfather

Beer the way your dad use to know it (assuming your dad was a middle-class, white guy from a Rustbelt town who watched football/baseball after cutting grass/raking leaves/shovelling snow every Sunday). Pale gold, malt, hops, lager flavor (best description I can give). A step up from my go to cheap beers (Bud, PBR, Canadian). I use to drink a lot of this stuff.

clear light golden color. mild carbonation, surprisingly nice frothy white head. nose is light floral hoppiness and a bit of grain. flavor is mostly cereal grains, but is well balanced with hops. really not bad for the style.

Clear gold, with a fluffy white head. Slightly sour grain malt, honey aroma. Taste is mild corn, grain, grass. Watery, bland....but still better than many an American Pale Lager.....

Clear yellow. Fair white head. Light body.not thin. Creamy. Grain. Corn. Pretty smooth. Some sweetness. Mild straw brightness. Not bad.

A guaranteed find in the North Woods of Wisconsin! Pours a light yellow with minimal, white head and decent carbonation. Aroma is very grainy with a lot of corn and bitterness. Mouth is also slightly bitter. A lot of grain present with a slight fruitiness. Once again, a Wisconsin quintessential.

12oz bottle poured into a cup at Fenway Park. Pours clear light gold with a medium white head. Nose is grain, hops; flavor follows with slight bitterness. Medium body with good carbonation. For a ballpark beer, definitely better than Bud Light, but I wouldnt drink it elsewhere.
