12oz bottle. I think I might just have become a Leinenkugel fanboy unintentionally but I really like everything they have put out. You can really taste the vanilla in the finish.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear brownish red with large somewhat off-white head that reminds me of a glass of Coca-Cola in the fizzy dissipation. The aroma is that of a cheap lager, nothing more. The taste is just... Very similar. There are some slight coffee notes, and it feels like water. Holy hell. Bad ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a dark black with light brown head. Has a faint roasted malt aroma, but not strong. A nice mixed taste of vanilla, roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Aftertaste is similar to a vanilla latte.

bottle - Dark brown pour, small tan head. It has a pleasant aroma dominated by the roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with chocolate and vanilla notes. Its medium bodied and overall a pretty good sweet, chocolatey brew.

Mahogany-brown pour with tan head. Nose of nutty coffee and cream with some brown sugar. Flavor is sweet brown sugar, coffee creamer, nutty coffee, and more sugar. Residual sweet roasted coffee and cream. Too sweet and too much of that fake, syrupy character that Leinies is so good at.

Dark clear brown pour with mahogany highlights and ring of dark khaki head. Nose is a little twinge of tootsie roll, but not horribly so. Flavor is a bit more complex with caramel and hints of vanilla muddled between the roasty cocoa. Moderately carbonated gives a slight prickle to the tongue which prevents it from being overly sweet or syrupy. One of the better leinenkugels ive had.

Vanilla aroma is strong, but is lighter on the palate. The flavor is predominately caramel notes with a nice finish. Not as heavy as some porters

From notes: Poured clear nut brown with a 1-finger light tan head. Aroma of nutty malt with some vanilla behind it that quickly takes over. Body is medium, and a touch watery, with a mild astringent tingle in the finish. Flavor is nutty, maybe touches of leather and butter. The vanilla is underneath, and lingers in the back.

Bottle. Pours clear brown, small beige head, some lacing. Aroma is roasty, vanilla, toffee. Flavor is the same, medium sweet, obvious vanilla. Kind of like vanilla soda. Light body, soda like carb.

Vanilla gives it a smell of vanilla laced old aged lager. Nice and black in the glass and had a decent quick fading head. First taste is mostly vanilla, reminds me for some reason of another vanilla porter drink. Difficult at times to get down. Yes, perhaps if they let up on the vanilla a little it would be more civilized. Finish is vanilla flavored dark beer. Could perhaps use some more distracting co2.
