12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 4/18/2016. Pours hazy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, blueberry, peach, orange peel, coriander, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, fruit/spice, and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lemon, blueberry, peach, orange peel, coriander, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/spice bitterness and minimal fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, blueberry, peach, orange peel, coriander, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, fruit/spice, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and slightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is a very good fruited witbier style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, fruit/spice, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering. Originally rated on 6/8/08. The second out of my sampler case, and the best out of the four in my opinion. It had a very small white head, little lacing was left. The body was thick yellow with an orange tinge, with small floaters. The aroma was floral and friuty, with an aftertaste of cherries, berries and citrus also present. also a slight taste of alcohol was noticeable. A little different for a wheat but not bad, worth a try Obfuscate (573) - Minneapolis, - FEB 9, 2016
Orange and cloudy. You get the artificial fruit candy orange. This isn’t for me. I prefer their honeyweiss. Wife thinks it taste like candy so she can finish the rest. Sirmixsomewhat (266) - Paoli, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 10, 2015
I think all of Leinenkugels’ beers are the same: fruity and delicious, but leave you wishing they had something more distinguishing than which fruit is in this particular beer you’re drinking at that moment. ogre71 (359) - Utah, USA - NOV 2, 2015
This is a good wheat beer, plenty of flavor not hoppy and bitter smooth drinking

Hazy, orange-yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has a lot of orange juice with some light lemon. It has a light body with smooth texture and average carbonation. The taste is sweet and refreshing. beer_rookie (566) - Arkansas, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Pours a very cloudy orange. About one finger head. Lots of little floaties in there. Not a lot of lacing.ozzy70 (1148) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - AUG 11, 2015
Smells very fruity, like rock candy. There might be a touch of spiciness in there.
Flavor is very sweet. Again, rock candy or Fruity Pebbles, and its very nice. I’m sure it’s chock full of artificial ingredients, but it works great. There is a little spicy citrus in it, must be the coriander. It also has some wheat bread flavor. But its buried in there. I only noticed it after it warmed up a bit.
Mouthfeel is medium. It’s unfiltered so it has some texture to it, but it works well with the flavor. It’s very sweet and slightly spicy. It’s fruity. It makes it extremely drinkable. You could pass this off as juice or kool aid or something. Its super refreshing.
Overall, I enjoyed this a lot. I’m not a super fan of flavored beers, because they usually fall short of expectations. This never mentioned fruit flavor on the label so it was surprising. But this is good, better than expected. I’m a little ashamed that I like it as much as I do. I would certainly have it again, but I probably wouldn’t commit to a 6 pack.
12 oz. bottle. Pours hazy orange. Aroma of citrus, wheat and coriander. Taste citrus and spices. skatanarchy (212) - - AUG 10, 2015
