3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2013 12oz Bottle. The pour was a cloudy medium amber with a small (less than 1 finger) white soapy head that receded down to a thin scattered film with poor lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt and a sweaty yeast with notes of wheat, citrus (orange) and a bit of coriander.
The taste was about the same as the aroma with just a little orange zest and a hint of spice at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a yeasty citrus taste left behind.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery and slightly creamy texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall this was an average Wheat Ale with a nice tasty and refreshing drinkability. Would be good on a hot summer’s day when you felt like having more than just a couple...
Cloudy golden under a tight and medium-thick white head. Big citrusy orange rind and blueberry aroma with bready wheaty undertones with lots of coriander. Smooth flavor that’s medium full with wheaty tones of blueberry muffin combined with a citrusy grapefruity undertone and a good bit of coriander again from the nose, smooth mellow wheaty undertone with a finish of blueberry and coriander. Not shabby. Kleg (278) - The Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 8, 2017
Cloudy yellow pour with a white head and great retention. Spotty lacing. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet lemon and orange wheat flavor. Smooth. Light and refreshing. bergstaden (3039) - Røros, NORWAY - JUN 18, 2017
Hazy golden with a white head - Wheat, citrus and some spicy notes in the aroma - Wheat malt body with some orange and spicy flaovurs - Malt and some spicy citrus in the finish - This was nice natejgood (517) - Bozeman, Montana, USA - JUN 3, 2017
Pours a hazy light coper with a light white head. Smells like a wheat beer for sure, and I don’t usually care for wheat beers. Flavor of citrus and honey. Crisp and smooth in the mouth. Though this isn’t one of my favorite styles of beer and I wasn’t expecting much it is at least somewhat refreshing. boxsetz (19) - Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, USA - MAY 28, 2017
A good wheat beer with nice fruity tones. If you're not a fan of sweeter than normal wheat beers it's great. Still a good summer beer.

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2017 Draft at Irish Pol. Murky orange gold pour with a white foamy top. Perfumey citrus candy aroma. Tastes ... bizarre! Artificial Orange Tang. Cotton candy. Notes of banana, guava and passionfruit. Kiwi fruit. Circus peanuts. Rosewater. Somewhat sweet, though balanced. Giant leaps of tropical fruit. Blunt. Exactly not what I was expecting. This was my 3000 rating! ordybill (1805) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - JUN 20, 2016
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a murky orange gold color with a large white head. The aroma is full of fruit, spice and some caramel. The taste is big on wheat with some fruit nicely blended in.

Pours a hazy golden yellow. Aromas of bread, fruit and spices. Flavors of fruit, malt and some hints of spice. RRistow12 (898) - Lewis Center, Ohio, USA - MAR 26, 2016
Tasted from bottle. Pours a nice murky orange with thick white head. Aroma is orange and other citrus but overall muted and not as fresh smelling as I'd like. Taste is moderate sweet with no bitterness. Flavors of orange, coriander, lemon. Average to below average. Oberon blows it away.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 4/18/2016. Pours hazy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, blueberry, peach, orange peel, coriander, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, fruit/spice, and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lemon, blueberry, peach, orange peel, coriander, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/spice bitterness and minimal fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, blueberry, peach, orange peel, coriander, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, fruit/spice, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and slightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is a very good fruited witbier style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, fruit/spice, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
