kermis (11543) - Where the wild whales are, NETHERLANDS - NOV 9, 2016
Bottle shared at the Great Job America tasting. Cloudy dull golden with a big thick white head, not unlike that of Trump. Aroma of yeast, herbs, coriander and light citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter with a little citrus acidity. Light medium bodied with light moderate carbonation.

Bottle at home. Very light pale straw, looks more like a light cloudy white wine than beer. Light lemon, light grainy notes, peach, dough, light grass. Quite fruity with what I guess is the buckwheat. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with doughy feel and fizzy carbonation.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Bleek gelig bier met stevig schuim. Geur van banaan en grapefruit. Smaak is beetje fruitig. Geen nasmaak.

Robe blonde claire, trouble, belle mousse abondante.

maekchu (3544) - Hirakata, JAPAN - NOV 28, 2014
Bottle from Sugaya. Mild and dull fruitiness, yeast, and gentle wheat notes in the nose. Thin straw color, a bit hazy. Flavors of grain, light bitterness, with some fruit emerging in mid palate. Very light lemon. A gentle powdery dry finish. Thin body, a bit fizzy. Very light all around. Suppose it could be a Belgian session beer.

Quite pale covered with dense white head, sour aroma. Body almost absent, covered by sourness and light but apprent sweetness in aftertaste. Bitterness rather on the herbal side. Interesting style brought back to life with this 1830 recipe. I wonder how 6 % alc can be so well hidden in taste of such a light bodied beer.
