COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Refreshing fragrances of mango and grape- fruit, with hints of pine. Caressing the palate. The dominant bitterness is backed by the malt body’s strong notes of caramel and bread crust. Hop aromas balance out the bitterness on the pallet. Besides the exotic fruity notes, resinous tones gain more prominence. The mouthfeel is juicy and cooling. Long bitter-grapefruity nale. Hoppy-aromatic, fruity-bitter, intense.

0,33 l bottle from Beer Supreme Oldenburg. Red golden in the glass, nearly clear, more than one finger white head. Typical hopy with some floral elements on the nose. Taste starts really nice, hopy, resin, the floral part is more in the background, increasing malty. Some honey. Pleasant bitterness and hints of dry grain to the end. Enjoyable stuff.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2017 (From the Keg) Clear amber beer, small white head, steady carbonation up the side of the glass. Light floral aromas, grapefruit, rose petals, light lemon peel. Remarkably sweet for an IPA, but that doesn’t detract from its appeal. Lovely smooth texture, almost creamy. Apple, pear drop, caramel biscuit, leading to a dry finish. Hints of minerals and pine resin at the end. Easily sessionable IPA, very pleasant to drink. The hops don’t punch you in the chops, and this makes this a lovely old-school IPA.
