COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The nose will enjoy pepper and gentle roasting aromas such as cocoa and bitter chocolate. After a crisp initial taste, the malt releases more gentle avours. The texture is dry. A subtle acid kick from the roasting aromas leads to the nale: toffee, toast and cocoa notes gently linger. Dominantly malty, slim, dry.

Tap (Lemke, Berlin)
Deep reddy orange. Sweetcaramelly aroma. Full palate, sweetish slickness. Sweet malty taste - caramelly. Finish caramel and a hint of savoury soy. OK-ish dunkel, but could do with more toastiness and breadiness rather than just sweetness.
