Very cloudy yellow colour, almost like wheat beer. Not a strong initial taste, but quickly becomes intensely hoppy and quite dry. (K) beersighted (134) - - JUL 9, 2014
Lovely unfiltered west coast DIPA. Hints of citrus, pine, and flowers. Easy drinking, but a missing some mouthfeel. kathouse (1877) - LAS VEGAS, Nevada, USA - SEP 4, 2013
Best beer at the brewery. Based on the Centennial IPA recipe but amped up nicely. Great hop flavor and aroma based on a heavy malt profile. Just like the regular IPA, too sweet for the hops, but better in proportion. Finish is quick and clean which is a little disappointing as well. Draft at the Marketplace location. Murky orange with a small offwhite head. Nose is citrus, a hint of pine, and some light tropical fruit notes. Flavor is lightly bitter, lightly sweet, with resin and caramel notes. Dogbrick (12936) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 9, 2013
On draught at the brewpub. The beer pours a slightly hazy orange-amber color with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sticky strings of lacing on the glass. Citrus, hops and bready malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, zesty grapefruit and malt. The finish is fruity with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Amber colored pour with a white head. Slight butterscotch aroma along with a bit of sugar and sweet citrus hops. Some orange and tangerine with a hint of tropical fruit and alcohol. The butterscotch is there on the palate, too. A bit of tangerine, peach, and nectarine. Some mild hop bitterness on the finish. A bit of sugar in there as well.
