COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just 3 grains and 3 hops are transformed by a long maturation process to produce a full bodied slight amber beer with a refined balance of floral and citrus notes. Its thick creamy head and bitter aftertaste result in a seductive yet robust drinking experience.

Bottle. Belgian yeast, caramel, malt and some spices in this one. Dry and bitter aftertaste that gives it a couple of points.

酒帽薄而鬆,強烈香菜氣味。酒液輕中度碳酸化,前端酵母味與青草味明顯,很快從香菜轉為丁香、酵母甜、糖蜜

Golden amber pour with a medium soapy white head. On the nose it’s stone fruits and brioche, a light apple yeastiness and a bit of rue. In the mouth it’s got a dish washing powder floral taste and a bit of apple cider at first but after it warms the yeast develops a doughy flavour which improves the beer. Semi sweet finish. Finely carbonated and lighter bodied. It’s a nice enough ale but may become a bit cloying after a while and rather straddles the divide between new world and old world styles without offering the joyous abandon of the first or the complexity of the latter.

Bottle, [email protected], Grobbendonk. Pours clear orange amber with a medium, staying, frothy off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, light Belgian sugar, a mild ginger and a bit garlic touch. Medium carbonation, fine dry and fairly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, yeast, ginger again, fairly dry and grassy bitter.

WAOUW. What a beer !Complex and very well balanced, its taste is super rich and the harmony of the floral and citrus notes is perfect. I felt in love with this golden ale.

Slightly hazy deep orange-amber color, good creamy beige head. Fruity and ginger spicey aroma. Foamy carbonation. Light-bodied. Spicey, white peppery, yeasty flavor. Quite dry and even a bit watery for this ABV. Quite ordinary Belgian ale.
