3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A very light champagne color. Small white ring foe head and lots of active bubbles. Its very dry but very drinkable. The flavor is good just like their golden cider... just a light fruity taste and a little bit of sweetheart ness. Its very smooth on the palate while still having plenty of bite and there is no aftertaste.
sample from bottle at 2014 houston big brew fest. Pale golden with small head. Lightly tart with medium apple flavor. Not as dry as I was expecting. Still a good amount of sweetness here. Well balanced.

Pours a golden color with a small lacy off white head. Notes of apple skins, pretzels, and lemons. Nice dry mouthfeel. lb4lb (2628) - Austin, Texas, USA - MAY 25, 2014
Apple tart champagne smell. Light light yellow color. Tart granny Smith apple and almost a champagne yeasty like flavor.pretty good. Tad sweet for a dry cider but tartness helps cut it. Moderate sweetness overall though. Nice cider. blutt59 (6609) - Dallas, Texas, USA - FEB 28, 2014

Bottle. I approached this with some trepidation, since I did not care for their golden cider at all. Pours a clear pale gold with no bubbles. Nose is dry apples and a touch of honey. Very dry on the palate, with a touch of acetic astringency; finish is long, clean, and also dry. Definite notes of Granny Smith. Pretty much what it says it is, and not bad at all.

European Dry Style cider and definitely a strong tart but palletable granny smith type note. pale, sparkling, light sweetness, lightly sour, lively, and long finish. Definitely a good hot day drink, and ice cold in a champagne flute. Like a Dry Apple Prosecco! wlajwl (7213) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - JUN 23, 2013
Aroma is apples, slightly mushy/musty and a complex sweetness. The flavor is apples, very tangy fruit notes and a mix of mild sweetness and dryness in the finish. KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - SEP 8, 2012
Bottle. Pours a decent cheddar yellow with a nose of autumn-harvested apples, light sweet pie crust, and a touch of pear. Flavor is more like a like pinot grigio aged in chardonnay barrels. Little to no apple in this. Average mouthfeel. Want a white wine with roughly half the alcohol? Here ya go. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - AUG 3, 2012
Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. I get a lot of dry apple notes, but there is also a decent amount of tartness and some light sugar notes.
