COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The traditional brewed stout, used to be a part of every brewery. This tradition may have been forgotten by some, but our locally brewed stout is still alive and kicking. The dark brown color with a slightly tanned foamy head, are inviting you to enjoy the slightly sugary sweet and very discreet candy aroma with slightly toasted malty notes. The sweet flavor, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation brings out the dark caramel taste.. The aftermath complements the slightly fusty woody touch and sweet finish. 10.8

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2013 Dark brown body with small light tan head. Odd dry caramel aroma with cereal and artificial malt extract. But that didnt prepare me for the taste... Oh boy. Artificial sweetener, bubble gum, astringent ending.... What a mess. I was happy to find a stout in a French bar, but if the curious yet uninformed French would drink this... I feel for them. Even for a sweet stout its sweet, but the real problem is the artificial taste. Bleh. Perseverance and determination required to finish this monstrosity. If you have to tick this, keep another beer to the site to get rid of the nasty aftertaste. (33cl bottle at Gambrinus in Tours)

Geruch getreidig malzig, leicht karamellig, metallisch hopfig. Geschmack s malzig, brauner Zucker, Karamell, interessant.

One of the worst beer Ive ever hard. The taste isnt too bad but its doesnt look nor taste like beer. Aromas are really poor. Apperance is shitty, same foam as a coke, and the colour is too light. Tastes like water and sugar. Only a poor saccharose taste on the palate. Poor beer. Good stout for alcoholik people !

Bottle 33cl. Clear deep chestnut brown, small frothy beige head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing; aroma is roasted malts, dark chocolate, brown sugar, caramel; taste is heavy sweet, sugary, licorice; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweet sugary aftertaste, hint of bitterness in the finish; old-school Belgian stout, very much like a Dutch Oud Bruin.

F: thin pale brown, not long lasting. C: very dark red to dark, clear. A: caramel malt. T: very sweet, caramel, malt, some like fruity tones, light body, average carbonation, for stout very bad, I dont understand why they brewed this.

A disaster. Has nothing to do with porter. Very water like, no taste of coffee, roasted beans or dark chocolate. Instead I tasted milk chocolate and brown sugar.
