Sigmund (8032) - Tau, NORWAY - JAN 21, 2018
330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 6.5%. Amber colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of red fruits, juniper berries and malts, a hint of oak. The flavour has a nice maltiness, but is not too sweet, again with notes of juniper berries, moderate hops. Pleasant to drink. Piney aftertaste. Not much here to remind you of a saison, though.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2017 .33l bottle shared @Explosive. Pours cloudy yellow with medium head. Aroma is caramel, dried fruits, nuts, honey, bread. Flavor is mostly same. Well balanced beer with nice palate.

hawthorne00 (4199) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - NOV 11, 2017
Bottle. Amber with an inch of white head. Toasty and mildly funky aroma with quinces and some light spices. Medium to full bodied with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Caramelised bread crusts, moderate amounts of spicy funk, quince, hints of roast and sourness - like singed vinegar toffee. Finish only leans slightly dry and bitterness creeps up underneath. A hearty and rustic ale with a lot of depth. Really good.

MartyW (416) - DENMARK - OCT 29, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 29, 2017 Tap. Unclear dark orange/amber with an off white head. Spices, malt, light hoppy, floral notes with slight yeast. Ok.

Smaczne.
