Dark, with no lasting head. Body medium to full and mouth feel is lively, could be the booze. Smooth though, with coffee, dark toffee, chocolate, caramel and figs. Very good.

Pinball (12060) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 3, 2017
bottle from boxbeers. Dark brown, not black, small light brown head. chocolate, liqeuir, sweet caramel, roasted malts, booze, mint chocolate aroma. flavor is chocolate, roasted malts, a pretty strange artificial flavor that might be from the martini, flavor partly reminds me of some kind of booze short, more than an imperial stout. i’ve had many black beers that i found tasted a lot better, both from lervig and from hoppin’. it’s like the booze and the chocolate combines to something slightly herbal and rather unpleasant. Flavor reminds me in a way more of strong english old ale, than of imperial stout.

TET (2987) - Kaarina, FINLAND - JUN 3, 2017
Almost black beer, a head is small and light brown. Aroma is great, strong chocolate, chocolate pudding, vanilla, less liquirice and coffee, also hint of nuts. Taste has chocolate, liquirice, vanilla, also great and balancing bitterness, some coffee. Full bodied, not stickyness. Amazing beer, dessert like habitus, strong chocolate, balanced, very enjoyable.

OminouSC2 (647) - Mora, SWEDEN - MAY 30, 2017
Black color, small brown head. Aromas of chocolate, brownies, caramel, fudge, chocolate milk, chocolate ice cream and cocoa powder. Slight bitter taste of cacao that quickly turns into sweet chocolate, brownies, fudge, caramel sauce and chocolate milk. A chocolate bomb! I love it.

4.7
Lore (2661) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 26, 2017
dark brown colour, moderate sized creamy beige head; aroma and taste of of milk chocolate, coffee, vanilla cream, syrupy-caramel biscuity notes, candied walnut and walnut liqueur; just simply amazing!
