COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Barrel Aged version of Sippin’ Into Darkness! Only 8 kegs, no bottles! Just 160l of this beer!
New dimension of great beer!
A sweet imperial stout straight from the creative minds of 2 of the world’s best head brewers right now. They’ve taken a rich malty imperial stout and added in Candi syrup, Lactose, Cocoa nibs and vanilla to give this quite dry stout a fresh lick of paint in a sweet facelift. The cocoa added to the roasted dark chocolate flavours and comes out on the body whilst the candi sugar and vanilla dominate the finish of this excellent beer.

Can that had been canned at Indyman, courtesy of Geraint and Helen, cheers you two, this is fab! Consumed at home whilst cooking Spanish Chicken with a Peppers and Olives and also Chicken and Mushrooms in Cider, Sunday 1st October 2017 The barrel ageing is apparent immediately on the nose and yet when in the mouth it is uber smooth. Smooth and really soft and creamy, lots of vanilla and smooth milky chocolate backed up by a gentle warmth from the barrel ageing. Cocoa and some light molasses in the mouth along with a little spirit, this is a indulgent, superb beer. , thanks so much Geraint and Helen. A8 A4 T9 P4 Ov18 4.3

Draft taster at CBC Boston 2017. Chocolate milk, vanilla. Roasty malts, light vanilla, slight bourbon. May have been better on its own but at a festival with a ton of huge stouts this was decent but not memorable.

MBCC - Poured flat with dark brown color in the body w/ no head retention. Slight bourbon, oak, vanilla in the nose. The taste was very sweet. Notes of vanilla, chocolate, sugar, and bourbon. Mouthfeel was thin. This was a disappoint for me especially since I love Hoppin Frogs stouts and have had some good ones from Lervig as well.

Warsaw Beer Festival (WFP6), April 2017 backlog

This been owns the festival! Amazing! Power of chocolate and vanilla united under the same velvet flag. Thick and amazingly smooth. So much sweet milky chocolate in one beer is just amazing. This is my perfect beer. Would drink and buy it whenever possible. Pure perfection
