bottle from boxbeer.dk
pitch dark, smooth brown head.
great lambic aroma topped off with sweet hard roasted malty notes.vineagra notes like the duchesse and similar beers. very interesting.
Flavor is tartness from the lambic, wild yeasts, sweetness from the stout. It does taste a bit weird, but it works fairly well with the mix. Does taste more like a lambic/imp stout mix, than a beer of its own though. the lambic is very dry and tart, the stout almost drowns away but i get a clear flavor of sweet roasted malts.
Interesting beer. not bad. i might have another one at some point in time.

(Lervig / Oud Beersel Black Acid) Bottle 330ml at home. ABV 8.5%
Dark brown to black colour on the body, small but thick brown head on top.
Aroma of wood, cherries, red wine, cork.
Taste is nicely sour with cherries, berries, red winne, wood, roasted malts.
Medium thin body.
Nice one. Vighals (3901) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - JUN 12, 2017
Svart med høyt lys brunt skum. Lukter sure bær, vanilje, eikefat, sure kirsebær og tørket frukt. Middels fylde. Helt vilt, sjokolade, kaffelambic!!! Sursyrlig med hint av kaffe og sjokolade. Sure kirsebær, tørket frukt, så kommer rips og surheten igjen. 11%, dette går ned på høykant, farlig lettdrikkelig. Sur samtidig fløyel. Middels + lengde. tfredvik (1939) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 11, 2017
Black body with a small, tan head that disappears completely in no time. Quite strong aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, tart and sweet fruits and berries, and vinegar. What a fun mix! Strong flavour that follows the aroma. Light to moderate sweet taste, light acidity and a moderate bitter long-lasting finish. Mid-bodied, dry, moderate carbonation. A very interesting creation that I would very much like to try again (a full bottle!)
