Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A reddy amber coloured pour with a fine head. Aroma is red berries, funky fruits, little dusty musty sourness, nutty malts. Flavour is composed of tangy apple, cinnamon, tangy berries, nutty malts,musty sour funk. Palate is semi sweet / soure, moderate carbonation, grainy.

Unclear medium red amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, tart fruit - sour malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, sour malt notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic.
