Can at Beer Merchant Taproom as Lervig / Oud Beersel Acid Crush. Vibrant orange, opaque, foamy ring beige head. Aroma is gooseberry, lychee, little dirty, touches of mint. Body is light and smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is gooseberry, green grape, little salty, little pine. Overall impression of fruit forward minerally white wine. Comes together pretty well. Can at Beer Merchants. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, funk, white grape, gooseberry, sherbet, lemony zest, bread, orange, mango and nectarine. The taste is dry, bitter, earth, must, white grape, gooseberry, spice, leather, sherbet, pithy, funk, bready, light tannin and some spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Fun stuff. Interesting balance. Enjoyable.

Beautiful marriage of a soft lambic and NEIPA. Tastes exactly I would imagine such a wonderful blend. Quite bitter, thought? Astringent, juicy, fruity, crisp and refreshing. Yummy!
