COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Nidaros (40) - - APR 12, 2014
Pours a murky orange-straw colour, good frothy white head. Smells of ripe bananas, white bread, belgo yest with some brett lurking in the background. Taste is much the same, with focus on the bananas and brett. Nice bretty aftertaste. This beer went perfectly with mussels.

Sampled from a bottle at Holmen1’s. Thanks Jan - a really special bottle! Clear copper colour with a cream-coloured white head. Funky aroma. Taste is complex and original with flavours of orange and unripe banana. Hints of spice and fruit bread. Very soft mouthfeel. The more you taste it the more flavours you find. Long and creamy finish. A truly remarkable beer.
