Clear reddish-brown beer with a nice big head. The aroma is really faint and mild, there is hardly anything noticable. The taste is a b t sweet and malty but also very mild. The body is medium full and the finish short. Again, I’m not sure if I had just wrecked my palate or if this beer doesn’t really have lots of taste or aromas.

330 ml bottle. BB 03/06/14. (K-Citymarket) Espoo, Finland. Dark brown colour with a small tan head. Strong maltiness, sweetness, dry nuttiness, farmyard and mild bitterness in the aroma. The flavour is dry malt, nuttiness, some bitterness and toasted malt. Drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle (K Kamppi, Helsinki)
Deep reddy brown, loose off-white head. Sweet caramelly aroma, has that "red" feel to it. Strangely there’s an odd cheesiness to the aroma. Watery palate, just a bit sweet, some fizzy carbonation. Pleasant rich caramelly grains in the body. I can kinda see where the cheese came from in the aroma too, but it’s not as obvious in the taste. Pleasant dark huskiness and gentle caramelly sweetness in the finish. Easy to dismiss, but not actually that bad.

Mahogany brown and small head but leaves some lacing as descending. Some roasted flavors coming to my nose with nuts and sweet chocolate. Taste has some rye bread type of flavor and sweet chocolate and nuts. Surprisingly good especially after having warmed up a little.

BeerViking (4947) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 8, 2013
Bottle bought in Norway, pours a deep dark red-brown with a clingy white head, aromas of mocha, toasted caramel and pine vegetal hops. Nice balance of roasty sweetness and nuts with astringent hops, and hints of sultanas and treacle. Simple in its way, yet very pleasant.

Archibaldo de la Cruz (1120) - FINLAND - JUL 30, 2013
Bottle. Reddish amber color with a tiny head. Caramel malt in the aroma. Flavor is sweetish caramel malt, some toffee and a hint of hops. Light to medium body, slightly bitter and sweet aftertaste.
