COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

This double IPA is copper colored and bitter, but balanced by the malty flavors. The 20% rye malt gives this beer a nice bite which helps bring the massive hops together.
Malts: pale malt, caramel malts, rye malt, oats. Hops: Simcoe, Chinook, Amarillo. Aroma: piney, resinous hops, with notes of fresh fruit, spice and caramel malt. Food pairings: salty and fried foods, grilled red meat and Indian curry.

Editors note: First served on tap at 7.7% ABV.

330ml bottle served in a pint glass. Pours a cloudy orange color forming a medium and very creamy off white head with medium retention and tons of lingering lacings formed and left in the glass. Nose is very flowery and fruity. Strong notes of caramel and some sweet notes of rye. Mango, grapefruit and papaya. Pine and resin. Slightly sweet upfront taste that becomes quickly bitter. Notes of caramel and grapefruit. Grassy and piney. Hints of pineapple. Body is heavy, creamy and molasses. Traditional rya IPA body. Medium carbonation. Tropical fruits and caramel in the aftertaste. Great drinkability. Great IIPA.

Aroma a malta, ctricos, centeno y alcohol.
