COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our saison is crisp and dry like the classic Belgian saisons. A bright hoppy beer with subtle bitterness which is complemented by the floral French saison yeast character and a clean finish. A slightly herbacious presence is coupled with lemon and spice to round out a complex palette.

Aroma: floral and spicy nose with a bright effervescence to bring the hop character out. Crushed black pepper and meyer lemon zest are notable characteristics.

Malts: Pilsner, Acidulated malt, wheat.
Hops: Aurora, Aramis, Triskel.

Food pairings: roast chicken, creamy chesses (Bire, Gruyere, Camembert) and citrus sorbet.

0.33l bottle. A massive head on this one! White and almost a little fluffy, this over a cloudy yellow golden colored beer. Smells nice and saisonish. A nice sharp green apple yestiness, red berries, fresh grass and a little hay. It's also a little zesty and I get a hint of lemon zest. Nice. Lots of bitterness at first in the taste. It's quite high on the carbonation this, near aggressive and it has a good oily texture in the mouth. White sugar, white candied sugar, a little lemon zesty sharpness. Green apples also detected before it ends with mild hay and yeast. There's a little sourness in this one, making it more interesting. Refreshing and on the dryer side if the saison scale. 24.07.2015

Bottle 0,33l / Craftgallery - Bern (CH). Veiled blonde, very sparkling, with a nice collar of white and compact foam, laces. Floral aromas, spiced yeast, fruity of orange and lemon, zest. The taste is dry, fruity of citrus with notes of spices and clearly pepper, we almost want to sneeze ! Bitterness of zest and herbs, tip of sourness and a final a bit rough.
