COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fyr i peisen, rull ut bjørneskinnet, hell i glasset.

Bottle sample. Murky brown color with almost no head. Dark fruits on the nose, wine-like aroma, caramel, toffee and cherry. Flavor of butterscotch candy, caramel malts and alcohol, no bitterness. Full body and heavy, long thick finish. So so.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks avrashi. Murky brown. Aroma of malt, sherry, raisins, a bit of cardboard and a bit of chocolate notes. Sweet malty flavor with caramel, chocolate, some dark fruits notes and oxidation. Finishes drier. Medium-bodied. Not so fun.
