Pours brown with mild head. Quite a lot sediments. Aroma is caramel, plums, raisins, malt, toffee, some alcohol. Taste is crispy, caramel, raisins and toasted malt comes up. Also some alcohol taste. After has some toasted bread and hops. Drinkable, but not a favourite. Vells (1846) - Rīga, LATVIA - JAN 27, 2016
Interesting quady English strong. A ton of dried fruits less raisins more dark plums, syrupy maltiness, caramel, light licorice, some toast. Intense sweetness with light bitterness. Nothing too fancy, but kinda love it Vestergaard (2089) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - JAN 27, 2016

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2016 Great version - sweetness of dried fruit and caramel with a dry bready backbone. I thought the booze was well masked, not raw at all. Something like a barley wine but a bit more mellow. Lots of dried raisin in there.

Murky reddish-brown pour, small quickly diminishing off-white head. Nose is sweet, almost sticky, booze hints, lots of raisins, caramel. Flavor is sweet, syrupy, caramel, malt, lots more raisins. Some bitterness in the finish, but the overall impression is still sweet and raisiny. thirstyrabbit (1849) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 29, 2015
Bottle. Hazy copper body, small head. Aroma has toffee-like sugary malts with only a weak hint of English hops. Very sweet malty taste with some white raisins, there is not enough hoppiness to properly balance this. The ABV is not problematic at all but the sweetness really is. Drinkable, but uncomplex and underwhelming. martjoobolut (4314) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 26, 2015
Bottle (from Koht). Pours copper with beige head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, malt, caramel, fruits, dates. Falvor is sweet and bitter, malt, caramel, dates. Finish is dry bitter with some fruityness. Alcohol is noticeable. Overall: good brew, but a bit too boozy. Kauge (1949) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 26, 2015
Bottle. BB 14.08.16. Pours a rusty, murky brownish amber with small, fast receding head. The nose is sweet, soft, warm, caramelly, toffee-y, slightly boozy. Tastes along the same lines, reminiscent of Fuller’s Vintage Ale, but a bit lesser than that. Sweet, full, warm, caramelly. Pretty soft and smooth, active thin carbonation. Not bad, in fact pretty nice. Holmen2 (3629) - NORWAY - NOV 25, 2015
From bottle at Clarion Energy Hotel with KL and ES. Muddy brown. Beige head. Aroma of prunes, dates, roasted nuts, dark syrup and brittle. Taste of medium dark malt, prunes, dates, rasins, dark caramel, honey and brittle, balanced with medium bitterness. A hint of herbs in aftertaste. Still not too sweet, and with good drinkability.
