Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Amber colour with a small head. Aroma is wood, earth, spices and some mild sweetish notes. Flavour is spices, wooden, grassy and quite caramelly.

Solid body - very solid - lots of caramel - a little ashy, some licorice and again a twist of overripe fruit. Bottle at Amundsens Brewpub, Oslo. Hazy dark red - brown beer. Good pale tan head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Sweetish malts but with an odd subtle sour sideways kick. A little unsweet chocolate. acto. Dry finish with some minerals. Alright.
