Holmen2 (4031) - NORWAY - APR 24, 2014
Ebony with dense and persistent beige head and lacing. Aroma of prunes, dates, chocolate and English christmas cake. Sour taste, still of Christmas cake, with dry mouthfeel.

thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - FEB 25, 2014
On tap at Cardinal. Dark brown with a creamy beige head. Sour fruit and chocolate nose and flavours. Some spiciness. Quite accomplished without appearing too extreme. Dangerously drinkable.

jaghana (6273) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - FEB 19, 2014
Bottle 33cl from Henrik, a dark beer with medium copper head. Nose is on dark chocolate and belgian yeast. Aroma is on dark chocolate with light acidity, it’s like a stout fermented with belgian yeast. Ok body, alcoholic touch, unusual beer.

[email protected] as "Grand Cru"
Dark brown color, small steady beige head. Caramelly, sweet nose. Medium-bodied. Kind of lagerish, caramelly flavor. This is weird, only some caramel and alcohol.

CloakedDagger (2774) - - NOV 11, 2013
On tap. Pours a reddish brown with a small beige head. Nose has some tart red berries with a slightly "metallic" bloody touch. Medium body, again this tart fruitiness that never becomes overly sour - just pleasantly challenging without ever getting over the top. No real hop character much and feels nowhere near 9%! A nice "sour" for beginners. 111113

Leighton (22297) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2013
Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Day 2, Session 2. As ’Lervig Grand Cru’. Pours clear, red-brown with a creamy tan head. Belgian yeast on the nose with toasty and doughy bread and light chocolate. Medium to big sweet flavor with semi-ripe fruits and mellow, tangy berries. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Light warmth in the finish with rich, sugary ripe fruits. Very nice.

Gorm (1899) - Sandnes, NORWAY - OCT 26, 2013
UPDATED: DEC 19, 2013 Svart farve med kremet beige skum. Lukt av sjokolade, karamell og krydder. Smak av bær og krydder med vinøse toner. Cardinal.

Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark

[ As Lervig Grand Cru ].
Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty roasted, fruity sour wood - berry something. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, cacao - chocolate, coconut, cherry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130504]

nilsas (4548) - Bryne, NORWAY - OCT 1, 2013
Duft av malt og urter. Dyp sort farge. Tynt kremet skum. God smak av vørter og kirsebær.

bergstaden (3180) - Røros, NORWAY - SEP 26, 2013
Brown with a light brown head - light sour aroma - good malt body with some sourness and some berry flavours - lingering sour finish - this was nice
