Et middels fyldig øl med frisk og fruktig smak. Maltsødmen balanserer bitterheten fra humlen og gir ølet en rund og frodig karakter. Hoppy times.

Bottle 33cl, an amber beer with good head. Nose is on aromatic hops such as exotic fruits and resin. Aroma is on blond and toasted caramel, almond, grain, light spices such as cinnamon, medium to high bitterness, light berries notes. The malty / blond caramel remains on aftertaste, same for the bitterness, good body, quite tasty for the alcohol level, a very pleasant and easy drinking beer.

Can From M&S, Merry Hill. Dark copper beer with large head and patchy lacing. Aroma of malts and dried fruit. Taste is red leaf, bitter, caramel and dry hop. Ok.

Tåkete mahognifarget med beige skum. Gressaktig humlearoma sammen med noe sitrus og lett karamell. ßmaken er kort og bitter med karamell i avslutningen.

Pours deep copper. Aroma is hoppy, grass, balanced. Taste is on the hoppy side, but has a Nice malt Balance. Due to the 4.7abv it is lacking omph. But a Nice beer.

330ml can from M&S. Big creamy off white head settles quickly, nice lacing. Hazy dark amber body. Subtle malty nose, bread, biscuit, caramel. Flavour is biscuit, caramel, earthy hops, nice creamy toffee finish. Good mouthfeel, light carbonation. A lot malt ire than I expected given the name.

Can given to me by my neighbour Andrew. A hazy amber/red coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes the same hoppy, malty, caramel, quite bitter.

Not much in the aroma, but there’s already some fat malts and sticky caramel with some notes of hops (grass, citrus). Tastes medium sweet at the begining and ends with medium bitterness. This medium bodied beer is not boring at all. Joe was hopped indeed.

Bottle. Deep amber colour, some lasting head. Malty aroma with hops and some chocolate. Taste is malty with nuts and fruity hops. Had this several times over the last years and its a good one.

330ml can. Pours a cloudy reddish brown with a decent head and lacing. Aroma is pithy grapefruit and herbal notes with background caramel sweetness. Taste is quite dry, particularly for a red ale. Light sweet, Medium bitter. Light and refreshing. Quite good
