Et middels fyldig l med frisk og fruktig smak. Maltsdmen balanserer bitterheten fra humlen og gir let en rund og frodig karakter. Hoppy times.

A good and hoppy amber. Nice red/copper colour and a offwhite head. Balanced beer with a light sweetness and a fresh lingering hoppy aftertaste. A very good and drinkable beer!

(Bottled exactly 14 days ago, so essentially super fresh) Pours reddish-brown with a lasting head. Nose: A dryish hoppy character (resin and pollen rather than fruity citrus) and some malt sweetness, quite well balanced. As the beer heats up and the glass empties a sweaty, not too pleasant aroma appears. Taste: More of the same. Its the hops which dominate the arrival, with the maltiness coming through in the mid palate. Again the hops is not very fruity but rather of a "dry" type. The malt tastes medium deep/dark/brown, meaning barley and dry caramel notes. Medium bodied with medium rich carbonation. The sweetness from the malt does shine through in the finish and the bitter-sweet aftertaste though, making this a well orchestrated and balanced taste experience. On the negative side one might say that there is not much complexity here, but its a well made, well balanced and drinkable beer, in the crossroads between hoppy vs. malt driven and dry vs. fruity vs. sweet beer styles.

33cl can. Lively amber colour and 1inch head that doesnt last too long. Typical aroma for an amber ale, not too strong. A hoppy touch at first that gets weaker after a while. The taste is not too special but it leaves a nice long finish

A huge fan of red IPAs. This is a little bit light in the body and could be sweeter in the malt. But the hops are good. Would work well for a winter session or as a break between IPAs.

Bottle. Bought Aug 2012; BBE undated; Drank Dec 2012 - Orangey Gold in colour. Fruity; grapefruit and orange citrus. Hoppy; piney and grassy hops. Malty; toasty malts, caramel. Sweet citrus fruity throughout, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Easy drinking. (2012-12-30)

Rather toasted, a bit spicy flavored brown. Pours also dark amber to brown-coppery, nice top. Light to medium bitter. Messy dark-to-darker malt bill brew, didnt liked. No typical amber ales balance perfection.
