350ml draught at Henrik l og Vinstove. Near-clear dark brown with a reddish shade. Low, beige, lacing-head. Malt-fruity taste, notes of red orange. Bittersweet oranges and caramel malts in flavour, ending up with bittersweet twist of resin . Easy to drink, nice, rather thin on the swallow, though (Bergen, 16.09.2012).

Bottle. Bought Aug 2012; BBE undated; Drank Dec 2012 - Orangey Gold in colour. Fruity; grapefruit and orange citrus. Hoppy; piney and grassy hops. Malty; toasty malts, caramel. Sweet citrus fruity throughout, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Easy drinking. (2012-12-30)

bottle from Alus Tirgus
Rather toasted, a bit spicy flavored brown. Pours also dark amber to brown-coppery, nice top. Light to medium bitter. Messy dark-to-darker malt bill brew, didnt liked. No typical amber ales balance perfection.

Pours a cloudy brown with clean white head and some lacing. Aroma is promising, dark caramel, pine, marmelade, lemon peel and molasses. Taste is sweet with some bitterness at the end. A touch thin, but its under 5%, so thats understandable. Enjoyed this one, nice session strength red, particularly the aroma.
