Lucky Jack is just about the perfect beer for summer. Grapefruit, tropical fruits and citrus flavours from the Citra and Amarillo hops are apparent in the aroma and taste. But we decided to go one step further and actually make it the perfect summer beer. Beginning this spring (2016), we’re adding grapefruit juice to some of our Lucky Jack tanks. Now you can have all the flavour of Lucky Jack with a twist: a perfect medley of citrus from the addition of grapefruit juice. It’s beautifully refershing on a hot summer day on the deck or at the beach.

Malts: Pilsner and Caramel.
Hops. Perle, Citra, Amarillo, Chinook.

Aroma: grapfruit and citrus.

Food pairings: BBQ chicken and ribs, tortillas and guachamole, fresh fruit salad.Inspirert av iddisen Senior, Stavanger Norway.

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Hazy light amber color. Very nice hoppy aroma, with delicate citrus fruits. Light mouthfeel; dry toffee flavor, crispy, with correct bitterness and delicious citrusy hops, fresh; it also has a touch of manure; the final shows more citrus peel.
A perfect British modern Golden Ale.

Bottle. Golden and clear with small head. Lovely fruity flavour with a hoppy aroma. Plenty of body considering its relatively low strength. Difficult to find anything critical about this one.

One of my favourite APAs. The flavours from from Amarillo and Citra hops come through in a very nice and balanced way.

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2012 Frisk humlearoma. Godt balansert. Mitt førstevalg av hverdagsøl til en akseptabel pris. Kona er hekta på dette!

Cerveza dorada de espuma densa, cremosa y blanca. Olores florales y a madera joven. Mucho sabor con poco alcohol. Acaramelada, maltas, cítricos y ligeramente amarga. Refrescante. Muy buen balance cuerpo, gas, sabor.

Dracks på fat. Frisk fruktcocktail, tropisk frukt, humle, citrus med en torr beska av citrus och granskott, välbalanserad och mycket god. Norge kan.

Clear golden. Fine white head. Aroma of American hops, citrus, pine shoots and grape fruit. Well balanced taste with American hops balanced with subdued pale malt. Superbly balanced, refreshing and with high drinkability.
