COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lervig’s Pilsner is brewed according to the German Reinheitsgebot of 1516, solely with malts, hops, water and yeast as ingredients. The recipe is specially developed for the palates of the people of Rogaland county, and chosen by them. We may therefore say that Lervig’s Pilsner is the people’s favourite beer.

From my old excel backlog. Pours pale straw coloured with a small white head, disappears fast. Light grainy aroma. Taste is another anonymous pale take on a classic pilsener, weak malty, fizzy, with a very light bitter end. Thin and just another flavorless industrial lager, better than water.

UPDATED: FEB 14, 2012 Can. Yellow colour with a white head. An unusual weak aroma. Flavour are about the same.....light and weak....

Backlog. Can at home. What can I say? Fissy yellow lager. Not much to tell really. A little grainy and thin. Your typical Norwegain macro.

28.11.2003, 0,33l Bottle. Ølet er lyst gult med et flott boblende skum. Smaken er påfallende bitter, noe som gir et friskt øl. Smak og ettersmak er for tynt, noe som trekker ned.

0,5 cl can at home (forgotten rating from 2007). Golden color with a disappering white head. Aroma is grainy and malty in very moderate amounts. Flavor is malt and some bitterness. Thin, but not undrinkable.

Can. (3 weeks past BB date) Pale golden with some white head. Hay and grain in the aroma, along with some maltiness. Thin body and mostly grainy flavor with very little hoppiness. It’s retired, and it won’t be missed. (060224)

Bottled. Pale golden. Sweat and fruity, really grainy. Bland and crappy.
