COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refereshing tartness. No hop bitterness and very low hop profile, Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer - rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrussy hops lend bright notes to the aroma, which is accentuated by the addition of Makrut lime leaves.

Malts: Pilsner and wheat. Hops. Styrian Golding.

Food pairings: seafood (white fish, mussels, crab) or as a palate cleanser between dishes.

330ml can into glass. At Indo, Whitechapel. Pours light yellow with a small frothy head. The odd bubble ascends. The nose is a little sour, a little hoppy. Some patchy lacing. Very refreshing with a lingering acid/lemon drop finish. Super easy-drinking, nice one.

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2018 Aromat skromny, mało kwaśny. Barwa ok, ale słaba piana. W smaku kwaskowosc umiarkowana raczej w stronę sour niż berlinera. Lepiej niż smak ale bez szału.

Overraskende god øl, at denne type. Sur øl, men overraskende frisk. Flot klar øl.

Color giallo paglierino con schiuma quasi assente. Corpo leggerissimo con prevalenza di note citriche. Dissetante.

Can from Coppers, Newcastle. Hazy pale straw coloured with a thin white head. It has a tart lemon and citrus flavour with a slight thin body and a bitter-sweet sour finish. Not bad.
