COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refereshing tartness. No hop bitterness and very low hop profile, Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer - rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrussy hops lend bright notes to the aroma, which is accentuated by the addition of Makrut lime leaves.

Malts: Pilsner and wheat. Hops. Styrian Golding.

Food pairings: seafood (white fish, mussels, crab) or as a palate cleanser between dishes.

Pours golden with a foamy head. There’s a little lemon aroma but not much. A bit more lime in the flavour with a little salt at the end. A nice refreshing beer if not a standout.

Barwa słomkowa, klarowne, piany brak. Aromat bardzo nikły, słodowy. W smaku delikatna kwaśność, słodowość, bardzo delikatna taniniczność. Wodniste. Fajne na upał, orzeźwiające.

Juni 17: lys gyllen. Lett sløret. Lavt skum. Dufter syrlig og lett fruktig. Smaken er syrlig, besk bitter og generelt litt vannig. Kort. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dare I say it... Not bad for a Berliner Weisse! Tastes quite like cloudy lemonade but more sour. Fairly refreshing too!

Bottle. Yellow golden pour. Aroma of sour wheat, citrus, tart and mango. Taste has watery sourness, wheat, citrus, pineapple, tart and a fresh mouthfeel. Refreshing and nice.

Can. Almost cider like sharpness and similarly an apple yellow colour, with a weak white head that soon disappears. Lovely with fish, a crisp refreshing summer beer.

Wonderfully refreshing wheat beer on a hot day. Sour without being too acidic. I love this beer!
