Palme (4823) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 4, 2016
On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Blurry and yellow golden in the glass with a small sidesticking white top. Really apple juice like with both green and yellow apples. Fresh a little bit of acidity perhaps. Nice aroma. Light on the mouthfeel and above average on the carbonation. Lots of mouthdrying light astringent slightly sour green apples and apple zest here. It’s fresh and easy to drink. Quite tasty. 04.05.2013

On tap @ Henrik. A blurry pale ciderish color on this one. Not much of a head but a more a small side sticking white film. Lots of sweet apple nectar aroma. Smells almost like a good quality breakfast grocery cider. A nice sweetness without being too sweet. Yeah, this is how I enjoy my ciders. It has a distinct acidic sourness but still manages to be balanced. Lots of young green apples straight from the tree. A good cider. 30 08.2013

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2014 28.08.2013, tap (as Lervig / Safteriet Cider) @ Henrik Øl og Vinstove:
No head, maybe a few bubbles. Aroma is fresh fruity, lots of sweet yellow apples, hay, grass. Taste is dry grassy, apple skin, sorrel, sour unripe apples, raw rhubarb, sour green apples, hay. Very dry. Fair enough.

Frisk fruktig lukt med preg av friske epler, høy, gjær. Frisk lett tørr smak med preg av friske syrlige epler, gjær, syregras, epleskal. God syre og bitterhet som set litt. Veldig god.

Tap at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, apple, dryness and some sweetness. Quite soft.

ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 23, 2013
On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. A cider from Lervig? Interesting. Pours a hazy light golden body with some tiny bubbles visible. Aroma is apple juice, English-style yeast tones, straw, wood and hints of citrus. Taste is mild apple juice (reminding me of those yellow apples whose name eludes me at the moment), dry yeast tones, sawdust and hints of citrus in the finish. Medium to light body with a pleasantly (and well-suited) soft carbonation. Nice and easy-going cider.

anders37 (27062) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 5, 2013
