Aroma; pine, lemony hops, berlinerweiss’ish malts, lemonade.
Look; pearl white natural head, palest ever straw clear body.
Taste; sweet wheat nutty tart malts, mild hops, citric lemonade. Roasted dry tail in the citrus. Feel; ok body, quarter dry.
Overall; good brew. Very drinkable.
On tap @ Henrik. Damn this is pale in the glass! A light blurriness to it and it has a nice bright white medium sized lasting head. The nose is not to extreme. Lots of green apples is the first thing I notice. Soft brett with a little bit of citrus and orange zesty oils. As mentioned not extreme but quite pleasant. Quite easy to drink and extremely quenchable. Again light apple juices in the taste along with a watered som lemonade sourness. Light and delicate in all ways really. All aroma, taste mouthfeel, carbonation and looks are quite sjør and fragile. Still, this is definitely one of those I could drink lots of. The strangest part of this is the clear clove flavor that appears in the aftertaste after the beer has had some time in the glass. Lacking the obvious brett influence that I had hoped for though. 19.09.2013 tmrmwel (2314) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 9, 2013
On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. Pours slightly hazy light yellow with a big creamy head. Aroma is quite fruity yeast with hay and grass. Medium body with quite soft carbonation. Flavour is tart with fruity yeast and peach, as well as herbs, spices and some orange peel flowery hoppines, and a tart fruity finish. ClubGonzo (5683) - Bergen, NORWAY - SEP 19, 2013
On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. Hazy light milky straw body, medium white head.
Nose is citric peel, straw, orange zest and hints of pale malts. Taste is very similar in characteristics. Not really sour, just not sweet either. Light body, medium carbonation. OK, and quite drinkable but not too exciting.
