A few Brazilian brewers came all the way to Norway to brew a big giant of a stout. Keeping in line with giants we tossed a few magic beans in the brew for good measure. Ingredients: water, malt, hops, yeast, tonka and coco beans.

Tart beer. Chocolate, vanilla and cherry in aroma. The taste is medium bitter and sweet.

tlind2 (1843) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 18, 2018
Bottle. Sweet, spicy aroma of a cinnamon bun. Interesting flavor that follows after. Very full body, low carbonation. Unique beer that is hard to drink on its own. Pairing it with vanilla ice cream might work?

Svesse (9135) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - FEB 17, 2018
(Draught at White Horse, Parson's Green, London, 25 Nov 2017) Black colour with dense, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark chocolate, cacao, coffee, caramel, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. Malty, roasted taste with notes of cacao, vanilla, coffee, cinnamon, ginger and a balanced cacao bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made, with lots of chocolate and vanilla. Alcohol fairly well hidden. Excellent beer!

Compleja y espectacular en nariz. Chocolate, vainilla, alguna especia. Cremosa. Sin rastro del alcohol. Pero en boca excesivamente dulce. BOTELLA. Batch 110917. BB 11/09/20??

jookos (7224) - FINLAND - FEB 3, 2018
bottle, 12%. black. sweet malty, chocolately, bit syrupy, maple surypy nose. full bodied, thick, soft, smooth, delicious. A big disserty, but not too sweet, soft imperial stout. Would probably go on icecream even.

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2018 bottle at home. this hides its alcohol very well. not sure what are tonka beans are. my mind things they are like kidney beans. they is a big vanilla taste in the beer. little carbonation although doesnt spoil the beer. very little head. the biggest flavour is vanilla and seems to take over the beer

hauxe (1063) - Butzbach, Hesse, GERMANY - JAN 13, 2018
Pours black from the bottle Virtually no head and what there is soon fades. Aroma. This is undoubtedly the beer’s strength. A heady mix of vanilla and spice greets the nose. The unusual spice flavors reminded me of a Christmas cake and pumpkin pie all in one. No doubt the tonka beans, which is something that’s new to me. Truly a dessert beer. Taste is sweet full of raisins, spice and vanilla. No trace of the 13% ABV. Body is heavy, thick and syrupy. This exceeded my expectations in a positive way. Excellent.
