Very pale straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is quite light. Pale ale malt and a touch of herbal/zesty hops. Noble/citrus character - fresh and tasty. A bit of light herbal character on the finish as well. Pretty nice, quaffable ale.

July 18, 2012 - on draught at 3 Brewers, Toronto. July 2012 brew of the month. Light pale gold, slightly bubbly, with an average diminishing fizzy white head (3-). Has a vaguely Belgian spicy floral fruitiness to it, no alcohol presence, it honeyish but not overly sweet, a hint of citrus zest (6+). Taste is nice - dusty dry, some gluten globbiness in the background, but mostly grassy and crisply citrus. Light body, solid carbonation, surprisingly long grassy light crisp finish - I would drink this again, in summer. Not bad at all. blankboy (7808) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 14, 2012
Draught at Toronto location, July 18. Pours a clear gold with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Some lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild but clean, it’s herbal and perfumy along with some grain. Flavour’s light but better then I expected with grain, light hops and pale malt. Average to medium bodied. Pretty good and easy to drink on a warm Summer day. czar (9429) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 2, 2012
