Tried also on tap, now reviewing from 75cl bottle. Pours a large white head, pale yellow to golden cloudy colour. Smells yeasty, hay, lemon zest, floral, really belgian. Tastes honey, lemony, fruity, herbs, cereals light spices; medium sweetness, low to medium bitterness, very balanced. Medium bodied, average to lively carbonation, creamy and fizzy texture. Fruity, yeasty, slight dry finish. A refined, drinkable, and refreshing ale, a very nice tripel this is ; )

TET (3177) - Kaarina, FINLAND - APR 6, 2015
A light yellow beer with a big and blond head. Aroma has strong oranges, other citrusfruits, some flowers, fruits and fresh herbs. Interesting. Taste is simpler than aroma. Fruits, spices and some alcohol. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Quite simple and too much of alcohol. Fruitful and spicy.

Bottle from Dranken Verheyen in Poppel. The beer is golden to yellow colored and pours a large sticky white head, with a lot of livingly CO2. The aroma is a nice palate of hops, citrus fruits, spring blossom, yeast and some spices in the background. The taste is hoppy and light bitter and is also has a light sweet fruitiness. The finish is light bitter, refreshing and a little dry. Very well done, loving it.

Amarillo pálido algo velado con espuma blanca abundante de buena retención. Paladar seco con el amargor bien marcado, una punta de astringencia y caracter cítrico (Lima-limón) con presencia de la levadura belga.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2015 Bottle, 75cl. Saison pour with modest foam head. Aroma is refreshing and fruity: lime, lychee, pineapple, cheese/yeast, hint of pine. Summer sensation. Would say the same for the taste: this is seriously refreshing. Cactus, lime, slightly astringent development. Aftertaste is mildly bitter, lemon. Not bad, not bad at all.
